Seeking several high profile Manhattan locations on behalf of BCD’s new exclusive client, Zen Palate. Zen Palate currently has 3 existing restaurants in Union Square, Hells Kitchen, and Westbury, Long Island.

Zen Palate is seeking 1,500-2,500 square feet with a minimum of 18 feet of frontage.They require full venting. BCD is pursuing sites for them in the following areas:Upper Westside, Columbia University, Midtown East (East of Madison Avenue, 40th-60th Streets), Times Square, Chelsea, Tribeca, East Village and Lower Eastside

EL POLLO LOCO SEEKS 1,500-3,000 SF IN MANHATTAN

We are seeking several high profile Manhattan locations on behalf of BCD’s new client, El Pollo Loco.

El Pollo Loco is a national quick-service restaurant chain specializing in flame-grilled chicken. In addition, they also offer a variety of other Mexican chicken based dishes such as burritos, fajitas, and tacos. Founded in a small town in Mexico, they currently have over 340 locations throughout the southwest, and have recently opened stores in TX and IL and a Foxwoods, CT location is scheduled to open this summer. El Pollo Loco is now planning to open at least five locations in New York City over the next one to two years.
 

BCD is pursuing sites for them south of 42nd Street in Manhattan.
They require full venting.
They are primarily seeking sites with a commercial and residential mix.

FLEMING'S STEAKHOUSE SEEKS 8,000-12,000 SF IN MANHATTAN

We are seeking a high profile location on behalf of BCD’s new exclusive client, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. Fleming’s, a national, high-end steakhouse owned by Outback Steakhouse International, has over 40 locations throughout the United States. Fleming’s plans to open three high profile locations in New York City and additional restaurants in the surrounding suburban market..
 

Fleming’s is seeking 8,000–12,000 square feet.

They are currently considering the following area in Manhattan:
Park Avenue to 8th Avenue between 42nd and 59th Streets
